【共用試験勉強会 OSCE編 開催報告】
2026年2月27日 (土) 21:30より、「共用試験勉強会〜OSCE編～」をZoomにて開催しました。計9人の方にご参加頂けました。
本企画は、1月に開催した「共用試験勉強会～CBT編～」の第二弾となる企画です。
今回はObjective Structured Clinical Examination (以下、OSCE) に関するもので、
すべての項目で最高評価を得たことのあるStaffに、試験の特徴や勉強のコツについて説明していただきました。
OSCEとは臨床技能や態度を評価する客観的臨床能力試験のことで臨床実習開始前の医学生が臨床実習で医行為を許容できる能力を有するかどうかを評価するための試験です。CBTは知識面での評価を行う試験に対して、OSCEは実技面での評価を行う試験になります。
参加者からは、
「OSCEについて何も知らない私でもすごくよく分かるようになりました！」
「低学年で臨床的な話を聞く機会はあまりないので、OSCEでやったことがそのまま実習に活かされるというお話などには少しワクワクした。」
「経験談を沢山聞くことができて良かったです！」
などの感想を頂きました。
今回の機会を通じてOSCEの基本事項を理解するとともに、今後の学習に生かして頂ければ幸いです。

【Event Report: Common Achievement Test Study Session – OSCE Edition】
The “Common Achievement Test Study Session: OSCE Edition” was held via Zoom starting at 9:30 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2026. A total of nine people participated.
This project is the second stage of the “Common Test Study Group – CBT Edition” held in January.
This session focused on the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). A staff member who had achieved the highest rating in all OSCE items provided explanations regarding the exam’s characteristics and tips for studying.
The OSCE is an objective clinical performance examination that evaluates clinical skills and attitudes. It is designed to assess whether medical students possess the competence required to perform medical procedures before starting their clinical training. While the CBT (Computer-Based Testing) evaluates knowledge, the OSCE focuses on the practical application of skills.
We received positive feedback from participants, including:
“Even though I knew nothing about the OSCE, I now understand it very well!”
“Since I am in the lower grades and do not often have opportunities to hear clinical stories, I was quite excited to hear that what we learn for the OSCE will be directly utilized in clinical training.”, and
“It was great to hear many personal experiences!”
We hope that this opportunity helped participants grasp the fundamental knowledge of the OSCE and that they will utilize this in their future studies.
