【留学生交流会 in Tokyo 開催報告】
2025年6月28日(土)に押上駅の飲食店にて、「6月留学生交流会 in Tokyo」を開催しました。留学生交流会は、留学生と交流することによる実践的な英語力の向上や異文化への理解、またIFMSA-Japan Staff同士の対面での交流も目的とした企画です。
当日は7名のStaffと2名の交換留学生の計9名にご参加いただきました。
お互いの自己紹介から始め、留学生の出身国に関するお話や、国際色豊かな将来の進路に関する意見交換など、英語を用いた活発な交流を行うことができました。英語が苦手な参加者から当初は不安の声もありましたが、イベント終了後はStaff、留学生の両方から『楽しい時間を過ごせた』という感想をいただき、有意義なひとときを共有することができました。
今後もExchange Officeでは英会話の練習会としてEnglish Chatなどの様々なイベントを開催していきますので、より多くの方にご参加いただけますと嬉しいです。

【IFMSA-Japan Social Gathering in Tokyo – Event Recap】
On Saturday, June 28th, 2025, we held our June Exchange Social in Tokyo at a cozy restaurant near Oshiage Station. This event was part of our ongoing efforts to enhance practical English communication skills, promote cross-cultural understanding, and foster deeper connections among IFMSA-Japan Staff.
We were joined by 9 participants; 7 Staff members and 2 exchange students. The evening began with self-introductions and quickly opened up into lively English conversations about each other’s home countries, experiences abroad, and future career goals including international perspectives.
While some participants initially expressed concern about their English ability, everyone left the event with smiles and warm words like “I had such a great time!” The positive feedback from both Staff and exchange students made it clear that the night was a meaningful and enjoyable experience for all.
The Exchange Office will also continue to offer opportunities for English conversation through casual events like English Chat. We hope to see even more of you there.
