【English Chat #4 開催報告】
2025年10月5日(日)にZoomにて、「English Chat #4」を開催しました。English Chatは、日常会話や医療問題などについて英語で議論することによって、英語力の向上や英語圏の文化に対する理解を深めること、またIFMSA-Japan Staff同士の交流も目的とした企画です。
当日は計7名のStaffにご参加いただき、「〇〇の秋」について英語で話し合いました。トークテーマを身近な内容にしたことで「普段の雑談感覚で気楽に英語を学ぶことが出来た」という好評の声を頂きました。また英語のレベルによってグループを分けたことで、上級レベルの方からも「英語だけを使って楽しく日常会話ができてよかった」という感想も頂きました。
今後もExchange OfficeではEnglish Chatを始めとした様々なイベントを開催していきますので、より多くの方にご参加いただけますと嬉しいです。

【English Chat #4 – Event Recap】
On Sunday, October 5th, 2025, we held English Chat #4 via Zoom.
English Chat is a casual discussion event designed to improve English communication skills, deepen understanding of English-speaking cultures, and promote interaction among IFMSA-Japan Staff through conversations on everyday topics and global health issues.
This time, seven Staff members joined and enjoyed discussing the theme of “What is autumn the season of?” in English. By choosing a lighter and more relatable topic, participants shared that they were able to “practice English in a relaxed, everyday way.” Dividing groups by English proficiency also allowed advanced participants to enjoy “a fully English, natural conversation,” which was very well received.
The Exchange Office will continue to host English Chat and other interactive events to help members practice English and connect with each other. We look forward to seeing even more participants in the future.
